Philosophy

Everyone can learn to become consciously aware of their thoughts, words and actions. An integral part of this learning process will have students and clients attain how to ask deeper spiritual questions of themselves, solve problems more mindfully and make thoughtful decisions in the whole of their lives through their daily practice of the system of Reiki.

Reiki is not a religion. It fits beautifully with all doctrines and with all denominations because it is based on the principle of love and respect for all of creation. What ever your beliefs are, using the system of Reiki strengthens and brings those beliefs to a more personal understanding and an inner peace that can begin to touch all aspects of your life.

Kaizen

kiazen Kaizen was created in Japan following World War II. The word Kaizen means "continuous improvement". It comes from the Japanese words ("kai") which means "change" or "to correct" and ("zen") which means "good".

Kaizen in Japan is a system of improvement that includes both home and business life. Kaizen is based on making little changes on a regular basis: always improving productivity, safety and effectiveness while reducing waste.

It is a concept that is applied in every aspect of a person's life. Kaizen involves setting standards and then continually improving those standards.

"Wisdom is awareness. Awareness is transendence from suffering."
